Description
Vanessa Kirby is rocking this blonde, long-haired hairstyle that is simple yet elegant. Her hair color is borderline platinum which is a hard color to get right, but it is a current trend. The color is best suited for all skin tones except for those who have very pale skin. She has placed her bangs behind one ear, which opens up this style and allows the other side to fall nicely over her eye area. The subtle waves in this style add movement and volume to this look. Your color will also show well in this style. You can use a triple barrel curling iron to get the curls to fall the way they are. This style will work with all face shapes and hair density, but if your hair is too thick, the curls will not hold well. If you do not like the hair in your eyes, you can do a middle parting instead.
When it comes to your makeup application, you can do a wing liner as Vanessa has done but make sure your flick is even on both sides. Finish off with a glossy lipstick color and you are ready to show off your stunning waves!

Styling Steps
Using the corner of your comb and standing in front of a mirror find the middle of your left eye and then drag the comb straight up slowly until you reach your hairline and then continue back in a straight manner to achieve an even left part. A side part is great for longer face shapes because it creates the illusion of width.
A small curling iron is used to create small and tight curls.
Apply a small amount of gel-wax to your fingertips, then place it at the roots above your ear and drag it through as you pull your hair behind your ear. This will create a fresh, semi-wet result.
To finish, apply a minimal amount of hairspray from an arms length distance to the top, sides and back. Take care not to use too much or you will end up with a white, flaky residue which looks like dandruff.
